Holy Jeebus that's cool. I think my knees couldn't handle all of that though, they complain enough about all my cycling as it is :-p

I am a bit of a traceur myself. Although I would say what I do is more akin to Free Running than parkour as I like to add tricks to movements, (kind of like skating with no board,) simply to try and look cool rather than for efficiency of movement. Downtown T.O. has plenty of spots to practise!

that is so cool! ninjutsu, gymnastics AND parkour. is there no end to the awesomeness that is JSto? (that's rhetorical)
i love watching this kind of performance. the human body is capable of amazing feats. Jackie Chan is excellent at this. i've known about and been impressed with parkour for a few years, but didn't know it had a name, structure and following until earlier this year. whatever you call combining free running with parkour, that's kinda what i sorta do. but no formal discipline. not near as graceful as the professionals in these vids. and not as often as i would like.
